Audio cables can be a contentious topic. I come from the perspective of someone who experienced HiFi from the mid-70’s starting in junior high and up through high school and into college … about 1975 through 1983 just felt like the sweet spot for me, both in music and audio gear. It was a blast spending hours at Pacific Stereo testing the patience of the sales guy, and figuring out what I could afford from my lawn mowing money. But I could still appreciate the gear that was out of reach. Fast foward to more recent years, and it’s easy to see why vintage audio is so popular. Guys like me can now afford to buy some of the gear that we could only dream of. I can remember back then that things like adjusting a phono cartridge wasn’t a thing for your average customer, and you simply used the cables that came with your electronic gear. So I understand the thinking about cables on both sides of the fence. You either like them or you don’t. Either way, no big deal. That’s not the point of this post. This post is for anyone interested in getting a look inside this amazing company.
,I became a dealer for Cardas Audio for two reasons. First, I flat out like the quality of everything they make. And second, I think their product line covers the performance/price range of what I personally can recommend. While some of the Clear line is above and beyond what my current system would benefit from, I can easily imagine the improvement in sound I could expect with a higher resolution modern system. Yes, that’s right. You heard me say I like modern gear. I am an equal opportunity audio lover, and have a mix of new and old in my system. I like whatever allows me to enjoy music. That is goal #1.
Some of you know Darko Audio. They have great audio reviews worth checking out. My focus is different, so I am more than happy to share with you. I’m sure they won’t mind, especially since Angela Cardas gave me the thumbs up. This is one of the best videos I have seen that covers any audio company in the world. So check it out. It takes you behind the scenes to introduce you to the people that make up a special company, and why it is so good. This video truly is “the best video about loudspeaker cables that you will see all year!” Check it out.
Contact me to learn more about Cardas cables, availability and your best pricing. I do not stock cables simply because there are too many variations with length, types of termination, and single or bi-wire configuration. The normal process starts when you place your order and pay, I send the sales order in for production. Your order gets shipped direct to you for free. When you see other online shops posting cables on backorder, they are doing the same thing. The big difference is that if you contact me direct, we can talk about the merits and value of adding Cardas cables into your system.
